Heroin - The Most Dangerous Drug
Heroin is a highly addictive drug found in different forms. Its varying ways of ingesting make it a very differing substance causing different effects based on the way it is inserted into the body whether it be snorted, smoked or injected directly into the bloodstreams. Its effects are highly dangerous and are strangely targeted by takers. I find it scary that people enjoy getting high on this drug as its effects are very harmful to the body. These symptoms include drowsiness, nausea, collapsed veins and pneumonia.

Fit Day Calorie Entry - Day 1
1.) The nutrients I took in on Sunday are not very even. Some were I believe too high where others were nowhere near enough. My fats weren't really that high, but compared to the low number of carbs i ate, it was not balanced.
2.) In terms of my recommended daily allowance, I only ate around half enough calories however from what I did eat, clearly my results were not balanced. I think that I need to consider balancing out what I eat and make it more consistant as it would show signs of improvement and watch what I eat, especially when I am not eating enough.
3.) 3 groups that I am eating close to 100% of are protein, copper and riboflavin. Firstly with the proteins, it clearly shows that I am getting enough meat and calcium from dairy products alike. as far as the copper goes, I am not entirely sure as I dont know enough about copper in foods to explain. The last on, riboflavin is actually 100% spot on. Again I don't really know what it is however I do know that it is commonly found in foods containing protein similar to meats, dairy and some vegetables.
4.) 3 groups I didn't eat near 100% are Vitamin E, Calcium and Selenium. I should watch these ones as they were way off 100. Selenium in fact was off the charts. Calcium is highly important as it was the lowest for the day.
5.) One nutrient that WAS near 100% was protein. Protein is a very important aspect of the human body as many foods such as meat and beans help repair muscle tissue as do they help the muscles grow to begin with. It also produces enzymes which the body uses along with hormones found in meat that we consume. Protein also keeps the body healthy by resisting the fight made by diseases.
One nutrient that was NOT near 100% being the most important was calcium. Although calcium is somewhat related to protein and is sometimes classes under the same food pyramid group, it does different things for the human body. Calcium is important since it helps keep blood pressure under safe control and maintains the upkeep of bone structure and strength.
6.) I dont I need to worry too much about the risk of heart attacks or problems for a long term basis but just to focus on watching my eats for the current time being as the choices I make now can easily affect my future habits.
7.) For this day, I really did not eat enough and burned quite close to 3 times as much. This is something I need to pay close attention to and not let happen often as it is not healthy at all.
8.) I don't have that very many concerns in terms of my current state of health but just to make my healthy days more consistant and keep it up for a long time.
9.) Perhaps watching out for my balance of the 6 food groups as I am mostly hanging around the areas of Grains and Meats. I should really balance out all of the groups and stay in terms of my recommend daily allowance of each group.

SSCDS
STRESS
SELF-ESTEEM
COPING
-------;---------
DEPRESSION
SUICIDE
Stress is a great component and result of low (or even high) self-esteem. Whether or not it is easy to cope with really depends on the level of stress. One must find ways to cope with these and try not to take perhaps their anger, frustration or hatred out on other people. One result of not being able to cope with stress is in the form of depression. Depression, once led the wrong direction can often lead to suicide. Coping with all of this is quite vital as it is a major cure for either the attacks of stress and depression.

Stressors vs. Stress Relief
Stressors:
1. Parents
2. School work (linked with parents)
3. Studying
4. The lack of being able to spend time alone
5. Sports (starting position on team/coaches approval)
Stress Relief:
1. Music (playing or listening)
2. Ps3 [CoD particularly as I can take my anger out by shooting other people :) ]
3. Sleeping (as long as I want and not as long as my parents want)
4. Swimming
5. Batting cages (smacking the p*ss out of softballs)

Stress News Entry: Newcastle 4 - 4 Arsenal
http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896/premier-league/2011/02/06/2339628/newcastle-united-4-4-arsenal-and-the-other-greatest-premier
SUMMARY:
After leading 2-0 in the opening 2 and a half minutes, Arsenal had added two more by the 24th minute. Newcastle were struggling to even get hold of the ball for more than a minute. At the interval, the manager of Newcastle must've said SOMETHING that would have encouraged his men to fight back at all means. And so they did.
BIG MEANING:
Heading into the last 10-12 or so matches of the season, the pressure and stress will be building immensely on Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger whose side haven't won a trophy since the FA Cup back in 2005. Stress build up will soon come to a near overload for him with all the pressure of the entire club and fans alike wanting some silverware for the team. They are still currently in 2nd place in the Premier League and should have reduced the gap from the league leader who also lost last week. I personally believe that this pressure is incredibly hard to deal with, considering how important this man's situation is here. When the match ended 4-4, none of the players could look their manager in the eye. This is such an important time for the players and manager who will continue to be under great pressure till the end of the season. The pressure of the fans will grow with the impatience building up for their favorite team to actually win something having gotten so close in recent years having only slipped up near the very end.
WHY?
Arsenal Football Club is quite an important part of my life as it is the one team I have supported for more than 10 years. I haven't seen them lift a trophy since 2005 and have been quite disturbed how every year since then they have come so close only to slip up in the last few matches of the season. They still are in all competitions currently and are due for the final of the League Cup next month. This one match a couple of weeks ago really annoyed me how the team went from pretty much 100% of possession in the first half to hardly getting a touch of the ball in the final 20 minutes. I do feel quite bad for the manager who will be more hungry than anybody in the world to lift some silverware this season.

How Healthy am I?
Physically: I choose a 4/5 because I am extremely active in swimming, volleyball and softball throughout the school year. I am also constantly working out nearly everyday to improve my fitness which is not always 100% at its full. I am happy with my physical well-being.
Socially: I choose a 3.5/5 because I am happy with my social level with the number of people I spend time with considering that it is not always the same group of people. If it were the same 1-3 people, the score would be forced to be lower than 2 or 3.
Emotionally: I choose a 5/5 because I dont not see my self as a person with emotional issues at all. I just don't think I experience many changes in emotion.
Occupationally: I choose a 4/5 because I am very happy with my current occupation as a student at ISKL as I look forward to finish my schooling here. Although my grades do have room for improvement I am still confident.
Spiritually: I choose a 5/5 because, personally, the only "spiritual" motive/skill/art/lifestyle I possess is that of music. I suppose it is an important part of anybody's life and it certainly is to me.
Intellectually: I choose a 3.5/5 because I wasn't all entirely thrilled with my semester 1 report card. I could see it coming so I knew that doing well on the exams would in a way make up for it. As I did, I am slightly more happier and have more confidence.
